Sunflower Field, Golden Hour, and Three Photographers

It was one of those spur of the moment photo shoots. Hannah, aka FarmGirlInFlipFlops texted me mentioning that her and my other friend Anna, were planning on heading out to a big sunflower field to do a little photo shoot. This specific sunflower field seemed to be a HUGE attraction to many living in the area. While waiting, we decided to shoot in the golden light near some train tracks.

And the famous FarmGirlInFlipFlops! Such a beauty!

Finally we made it to the often talked about sunflower field.
Us, being the giddy photographer crazed girls we are, snatch up our cameras in a hurry to catch the slowly fading golden light.
The way the light fell on the sunflowers was enough to make any photographers melt.

It was a randomly fun evening filled with a gorgeous sunset, laughs, good friends, sunflowers, and memories to last a lifetime.

Oh, and btw, like the new blog design?
